About The Haze

Originating on a small farm in Santa Cruz, The Haze delivers a dynamic fusion of grunge, psychedelic rock, blues, surf, and reggae. Now based in Nevada City, the trio has built a reputation for high-energy performances and delivering head-banging hits that keep audiences dancing all night.

Fronted by Chase Haze (vocals, guitar), alongside Amanda Haze (drums, vocals) and Carl Atilano (bass, guitar, vocals), the band is known for their instrument-swapping sets and tight, groove-driven chemistry. Their shows seamlessly blend original material with inventive covers of classics like “Toxic” and “Lithium,” creating an experience that feels both nostalgic and refreshingly new.

With their signature “Hazy” sound — equal parts grit, melody, and California sunshine — The Haze continues to captivate crowds from intimate venues to festival stages, bringing a contagious energy that turns every performance into a party.
